Technical Accounting Manager

CFS has partnered with a national organization to staff a Technical Accounting Manager role. This position offers a hybrid work schedule based in Boston's South Shore .
Salary $135K - $150K + discretionary bonus
About the Technical Accounting Manager Role:
- Internal and external reporting, including filing 10-Ks and 10-Qs
- Researching technical accounting issues
- XBRL reporting
- Accounting for equity transactions and EPS calculations
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with ideally 5+ years of experience , including SEC reporting
- Experience with equity accounting and EPS calculations
- CPA preferred , but not required
- Strong understanding of GAAP, FASB, and XBRL
- Hybrid work schedule in Boston's South Shore
- Half-day Fridays during the summer
- Half day off prior to all federal holidays
- Collaborative accounting team with career growth and learning opportunities
