Revenue Accounting Manager - Boston - Hybrid A fast-growing global consulting and advisory firm is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accounting professional to lead revenue accounting operations, support a complex international business, and help scale processes in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities Own revenue recognition and accounting in accordance with ASC 606 Review customer contracts and assess accounting implications for complex client engagements Lead monthly revenue close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting Manage deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, and revenue-related analyses Partner with FP&A, Legal, Operations, Billing, Tax, and external auditors Support intercompany accounting, transfer pricing processes, and multi-entity reporting Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required 5+ years of accounting experience, including revenue accounting Strong knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, IFRS and multi-currency operations Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience This role offers significant visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to help build scalable finance processes within a rapidly growing global organization.
