Reports To: VP of Marketing
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week onsite)
Salary Range: $95,000-$113,000 / year

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the demand generation function from strategy through execution, running multichannel campaigns that generate qualified leads and build pipeline in close partnership with sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate Pipeline

• Build and execute strategies to generate MQLs and SQLs tied to revenue goals
• Set and track KPIs for lead generation, partnering with sales to maximize pipeline impact
• Build lead nurturing and scoring frameworks to guide prospects through the buyer journey

Partner with Sales

• Ensure smooth lead handoff and follow up between marketing and sales
• Keep teams aligned on lead sources, campaign goals, and messaging

Run Campaigns

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital ads, social, webinars, and events
• Build and maintain paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and similar platforms
• Partner with content and design to produce campaign assets and messaging
• Manage the campaign calendar to keep everything on schedule

Optimize and Report

• Use data and audience insights to personalize outreach and improve results
• Segment audiences and target by buyer persona and intent signal
• Track funnel metrics and campaign ROI, and report performance and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a similar sector
• A track record of driving pipeline growth through multichannel marketing
• Comfort with marketing automation, CRM, and enrichment tools (for example, Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay or ZoomInfo)
• Experience with paid media, SEO, and content marketing
• Strong project management skills
