Production Manager
VBeyond
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in mortgage origination
- At least 2 years in a leadership or production management role
- Proven experience recruiting, hiring, and training Loan Officers
- Exceptional communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership ability
- Demonstrated management experience with capability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Potential to move up into an executive leadership role if they grow this
- Ability to drive origination growth through coaching, lead management, and referral development
- Strong business development skills to build and maintain referral networks
- Must reside within commuting distance of Oak Lawn, IL
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship offered)
- NMLS license (active or previously held) - Highly Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience at an independent mortgage bank or smaller lending institution
- Prior exposure to MBS (Mortgage-Backed Securities) or understanding of servicing operations
- Potential and interest in moving into an executive leadership role as the business grows
