Client Service Officer - Bilingual (Hybrid/Remote Eligible NM Only)Shift is 9am-6pm MT Monday-Friday with 3 Saturdays a quarter 8am-12pm MT. Position is remote/hybrid eligible.Summary: Receive and resolve inbound customer calls and emails, addressing both deposit and loan service requests. Provides operational support to lobby staff with banking functions and resolving client requests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Respond to heavy call volumes, addressing all customer needsPerform loan transactions, payments, deposit account transfers, and deposit adjustmentsService all debit card requests and maintenance, including troubleshooting denied transactions, and determining fraudulent situationsRespond to email and secure messaging inquiries, including stop payments and address changesActively researches internal and external client requests, and performs timely follow upAssist personal or consumer clients with online banking bill pay, mobile remote deposit, and various online banking requestsAssist banking associates with system navigation and maintenance needs, along with resolving client issuesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bilingual in SpanishStrong commitment to customer serviceExcellent verbal, written and telephone communication skillsAbility to communicate and cooperate in a team environment to produce needed outcomes and meet goalsDetail-orientedDemonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment and good judgementStrong multi-tasking abilities to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentInitiative to rectify client issues, utilizing vendors and manualsEducation and/or Experience:Minimum two years' experience in the financial services industry or a combination of relevant experience.
