Global Guardian is an investor-backed, high-growth company that offers employees growth opportunities within the organization.Position Summary and Objective The Executive Protection Agent/Security Driver will be responsible for protection, driving, and security for executives. We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Protection Agent with a minimum of 5 years' experience working with C-suite level executives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced driving skills, executive protection training, and a valid Indiana firearm permit appropriate for professional armed security duties. This full-time role involves operating a luxury vehicle while ensuring the safety, security, and confidentiality of the principal during travel to and from business and personal engagements. Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesSafely transport C-suite executive(s) to scheduled destinations throughout Evansville, IN and surrounding areasConduct route planning, traffic monitoring, and contingency planning to ensure timely arrivalsMaintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all timesConduct vehicle inspections before and after each tripRemain in close proximity to the vehicle and principal when on standbyCoordinate with security teams and administrative staff as neededMaintain situational awareness and respond effectively to any threats or emergenciesMaintain a clean, mechanically sound, and fully fueled vehicleEnsure strict confidentiality at all timesMust be able to manage time appropriatelyProvide the appropriate level of proximity to the CEO for personal protectionManage security at client eventsAll other duties as assignedCompetencies and AttributesExcellent time-management skillsExceptional vigilance and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and make decisive, well-informed decisionsProven capability in handling high-stress situations and de-escalating conflictsEmotional intelligence and awareness to handle high stress situations with candorQualifications and Education Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive protection driver or in a similar role serving high-profile clientelePrior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security backgroundPossess a high school diploma or GEDValid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be at least 21 years of age and not prohibited from carrying a firearmPass a fingerprinting/background checkMust have a clean criminal recordIndiana CCW permit for concealed carry in other states with reciprocityMust have completed all required Indiana state certified training for an armed security guard (must provide certificates) with additional training as necessaryCertification in Executive Protection or close protection (preferred: EP schools such as ESI, EPI, or similar)Excellent knowledge of Evansville, IN and surrounding area roadwaysExperience in emergency responseStrong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorPreferred Qualifications:Tactical/emergency driving course certification (EVOC, SDC, etc.)CPR/AED and First Aid certificateFamiliarity with secure communications and advanced workPosition Type and ScheduleRegular Full-Time (RFT)In-person position located in Indiana24/7 availability to the client while on a taskMay require domestic and international travelSalary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 annuallyWork Environment and Physical Demands Reasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively.
