Contract Logistics Specialist II (GMP)

Coordinate day-to-day material movement activities, including receiving, shipping, storage, and internal distribution. Process incoming deliveries, inspecting shipments for quantity, condition, and potential damage. Review purchase orders, packing lists, and related documentation to ensure received materials match established requirements. Assist with inventory control through routine cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and stock verification. Properly identify, label, store, and distribute materials according to established procedures and operational requirements. Keep warehouse and storage areas orderly, clean, and maintained in a state of readiness for internal and external inspections. Work closely with Operations and Quality Assurance to verify that incoming materials are appropriately reviewed and released for use. Complete additional material management and departmental activities as needed. Requirements High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, shipping/receiving, or inventory control; experience in a cGMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail with effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with cGMP material handling and storage practices, including the segregation and control of Quarantine, Released, and Rejected materials, preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Commonwealth Sciences, Inc.
