Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Burnsville. This clinic is a multispecialty clinic serving the South Metro, adjacent to M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital..

Practice Details:

• 15 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists on-site.
• Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: 1:22
• Openings: 1.0 FTE or less - Flexible schedule.
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Burnsville is a suburban city south of Minneapolis, known for its convenient location and diverse community. It offers a mix of shopping, dining, parks, and trails, with easy access to major highways and the Minnesota River corridor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

$305,787 - $339,764 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
