RN Diabetes Educator — Inpatient & Ambulatory Care
Piedmont Healthcare Inc.
Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Diabetes Educator to deliver direct patient care in acute and ambulatory settings, based on medical staff requests. You will collaborate with the broader care team to prepare patients for discharge and provide homecare education to patients and families. The role requires GA RN licensure or multi-state licensure, and Certification as a Diabetes Educator (CDE/CDCES) or Dietitian registration as applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Piedmont Healthcare Inc.
