Position Overview
We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to represent our roofing company at home shows, festivals, community events, retail locations, and trade shows throughout the Columbus and Dayton markets.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in a fun environment, and earning bonuses for strong performance.
Responsibilities
Represent the company at community events, festivals, and home shows
Engage with homeowners and discuss our roofing services
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
Set up and break down event displays
Maintain a professional and positive brand presence
Accurately collect customer information and event leads
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and comfortable speaking with the public
Reliable transportation
Weekend availability required
Sales, retail, customer service, or event marketing experience is a plus
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
