Bilingual Sr. Recruiter

This role supports high-volume staffing in Moreno Valley, CA by managing candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring activities for light industrial, clerical, and skilled positions. The position is bilingual and includes coordination around compliance, documentation, payroll support, and workers’ compensation-related reporting. Role Overview The Senior Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting needs with a focus on quickly filling multiple roles while maintaining accurate records and adhering to legal and company policy requirements. This is an in-person, full-time position based in Moreno Valley, CA. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for light industrial, clerical, and skilled roles. Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks to confirm candidate suitability. Manage high-volume staffing demands, filling multiple positions quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of job orders, candidate placements, and client needs. Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely submission for temporary staff. Handle injury reports and workers’ compensation claims in compliance with company policies. Build strong client relationships to understand staffing requirements. Collaborate with the branch team to meet staffing goals and support client expectations. Ensure hiring and employment processes follow applicable legal and company policies. Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients by resolving issues promptly. Complete other tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience in high-volume recruiting for light industrial positions. Full cycle recruiting experience (minimum 1 year required). Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual capability in English and Spanish (Spanish required). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
