Community Health & Outreach Advocate (Entry‑Level)
Northern Valley Indian Health
Northern Valley Indian Health (NVIH) is seeking an entry-level Community Health and Outreach Worker to identify community strengths and needs. You will educate Native American communities about NVIH services and support individuals with resource options, education, and wellness goals. Growth is expected as you train toward a CH/ORR role.
