Our food manufacturing client in Lansdowne, PA (zip code 19050) is hiring a Plant Manager. They are growing and have recently purchased a new facility to increase their size. This hire will be pivotal to their success moving forward. Responsibilities and Qualifications Strong manager of people and process Accountable for production, warehouse, and maintenance departments Knows KPIs and can hold teams accountable to employee overtime, OEE, waste, etc. Knowledge in the meat manufacturing industry strongly preferred Budget management Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills Lean Six Sigma certification preferred Must be able to write reports, policies, SOPs, processes, and manuals Demonstrated project‑management skills Experience with ERP systems required Experience with SQF codes is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
