Job Title: Research Associate II – Pilot Plant

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Research Associate II – Pilot Plant to support laboratory and pilot plant operations. This is an onsite, hands-on role focused on reagent formulation, analysis, data interpretation, and documentation .

The Research Associate II will help ensure the quality and purity of reagents while following established safety, quality, and compliance standards . The role will also support Research Use Only (RUO) operations, including the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products intended for commercial distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on reagent formulation and related laboratory activities.
• Conduct rigorous analysis to ensure quality and purity of reagents.
• Interpret and evaluate experimental data accurately.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and address laboratory issues.
• Follow all required safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory documentation and records.
• Support the Research Use Only (RUO) product lifecycle.
• Assist with formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products for commercial distribution.
• Communicate technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Support inventory and production management activities using SAP.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of post-college hands-on laboratory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret experimental data accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced laboratory/pilot plant environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting.
• Hands-on experience with reagent formulation.
• Experience using SAP for inventory or production management
