Onboarding Customer Success Manager

We are looking to scale by adding strong contributors who can onboard and support our rapidly growing customer base. Who we are looking for You are hardworking, hungry, and a self-starter. What you will do Onboard: You will onboard customers onto the platform as effectively and efficiently as possible while improving the process along the way. Train: With the assistance of teammates and documentation, you will ensure that customers are trained on basics, workflows, and best practices in the platform. Support: You will provide world-class, white-glove support, helping customers with questions, issues or requests. Customer Relationship Management: You will own the relationship with customers post-onboarding via strategic continuous improvement, proactive check-ins, etc. Voice of the Customer: You will act as the main advocate for customers, understanding their needs and facilitating a constructive feedback loop to our product team. Collaborate: You will work with internal teams like product, sales, onboarding, support, developers, and executives to meet customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
