Position Summary Responsible for delivering a polished, efficient, and engaging bar experience while supporting overall restaurant service in a high-energy environment. Core Responsibilities Prepare beverages to house specifications with consistency and speed. Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and cost controls. Engage guests andprovideconfident menu guidance. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar. Standards & Accountability Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently. Qualifications Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine. 2+ years high-volume experiencepreferred. Responsible alcohol service certification. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
