Part-time Guest Services Representative - Starting pay $15.97 hourly

As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of Extended Stay America, providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include assisting guests, processing reservations and payments, checking guests in and out, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas. You'll also help set up and take down our breakfast display and may cross-train in housekeeping to support the team as needed.
