Position: Machine Operator
Location: Mascot TN
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: $15
Job Description: Are you mechanically inclined with a passion for manufacturing? We are currently seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team at our facility in Mascot TN. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our machines operate efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
- Monitor production output and adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
