The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCurrent BLS/CPR certification requiredStrong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCompassionate, patient-focused approach to careKey ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans.Educate residents and families regarding health conditions and care plans.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment.Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.Ready to bring your RN skills somewhere they truly matter?
