They will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, resolve operational issues, and report to upper management. Key Responsibilities Team Management Supervise and support frontline staff. Assist in scheduling and delegation of tasks. Monitor performance and provide feedback. Operational Oversight Ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor output to meet production targets. Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Compliance and Safety Enforce company policies and safety procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and training. Reporting and Documentation Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance metrics. Track inventory, materials and job progress. Maintain accurate records of nightly performance. Problem Solving and Decision Making Respond quickly to operational issues or emergencies. Make data-driven decisions to improve processes. Coordinate with other departments as needed. Continuous Improvement Suggest improvements for workflow and efficiency. Lead or support special projects and change management efforts.
