Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of promotional events. Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. Support event logistics to ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Help manage attendee flow and create a positive guest experience. Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces throughout each event. Provide excellent customer service during all event activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Flexible and adaptable to changing event needs. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required. Additional Information Competitive salary ($40,000–$44,000 annually).
