In this role, you'll support the successful execution of commercial projects by coordinating schedules, organizing equipment and materials, preparing project documentation, and communicating with customers and internal teams. Career Growth: Opportunities to expand your project coordination and operational skills Meaningful Work: Play an important role in supporting commercial environmental projects that improve indoor environments Team Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, customers, and operations teams across multiple markets Skill Development: Gain experience in project management, scheduling, logistics, and customer relations Supportive Environment: Join a team that values communication, organization, and collaboration Work-Life Balance: Primarily office-based work with occasional travel as needed We Think You're a Great Fit If You: Have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and management Enjoy coordinating multiple tasks and keeping projects on track Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing competing priorities Have excellent time management skills and consistently meet deadlinesBuild positive relationships and provide outstanding customer service Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What You Will Be Doing: Coordinate commercial project activities with Project Managers, customers, and local market operations teams Schedule project-related travel, equipment rentals, site access, and other necessary resources Coordinate access and scheduling for commercial properties with multiple units requiring mitigation services Work with Project Managers to develop project materials and inventory lists and coordinate fulfillment and shipping with the Inventory Coordinator Support local market operations with construction and service projects as needed Manage incoming customer inquiries, assess customer needs, and coordinate appropriate follow-up Prepare proposals, project documentation, and other paperwork for the appropriate individuals Coordinate job scheduling between estimators and customers Review and proofread job contracts prepared by estimators Review subcontractor permits and related documentation Schedule appointments, process orders, and prepare monthly reports Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, process customer accounts, and enter information into the company's CRM system Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, professional communication Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Associate degree preferred At least one year of experience in customer service, scheduling, project coordination, or a related field Experience providing administrative and operational support to management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate moving parts, and meet deadlines Ability to work primarily in an office environment, including extended periods of sitting and computer use Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds Willingness to travel occasionally as needed Why Join?
