When you help make fleets smarter, you make people safer.The Operations Director will develop, implement and manage the operating budget and manufacturing plan which meets the total cost, quality and delivery needs of our customer:Develop and execute the long-term operations strategy to support business growth, scalability, operational excellence, and future manufacturing capacity.Partner with executive leadership to establish annual operating plans, capital investment priorities, operating budgets, and strategic business initiatives.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations leadership team through coaching, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.Own facility performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, Productivity, and Employee Engagement, ensuring manpower, scheduling, quality, cost, and productivity objectives are achieved.Lead capital equipment, automation, manufacturing technology, and facility improvement initiatives to increase capacity, efficiency, quality, and productivity.Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives by eliminating waste, optimizing processes, reducing lead times, and partnering with Engineering and production teams to engineer product cost improvements.Develop and implement manufacturing quality systems and process control plans to ensure quality is built into products and manufacturing processes.Foster cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other functional teams to achieve customer requirements and overall business objectives.Champion a culture of safety, accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, positive employee relations, and effective organizational communication.Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy, business planning, organizational performance, and long-term success.At Clarience, you are empowered to build a career that will take you where you want to go.
