Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Taymax Group, LP, operates Planet Fitness clubs nationwide and is seeking a friendly front desk associate in Riverside, CA. The role involves greeting members, answering phones, checking in members, tours, and signing up new members with rates and payments. You will maintain a clean reception area, update member accounts, and collaborate with the Club Manager to resolve questions promptly.
