Account Executive

Overview The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate brings solid audio-visual knowledge, strong organizational skills, and genuine curiosity to uncover what clients truly need. They’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and using their time wisely to achieve their goals. This is a hybrid role that requires regular on-site meetings at our North Andover office and client locations throughout New England. Candidates should live within commuting distance. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively. Hold regular meetings and maintain consistent communication. Sales and Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and within existing accounts. Present and promote solutions that align with client goals. Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by maintaining a healthy pipeline and closing deals. Account Management and Strategy Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to add value. Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape. Proposal Development and Negotiation Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that best fit client requirements. Reporting and Analysis Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM. Use financial and account data to inform sales strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback for management. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial AV (preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Solid audio-visual knowledge and a desire to keep learning about industry trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus).
