Warehouse Associate - Charlotte, NCShift/Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 12:00 am (1/2 hour unpaid lunch) Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 Per HourAbout the RolePrideStaff is partnering with a national logistics and warehouse company to find a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role focuses on manual material handling and order pulling in a fast-paced environment. You will operate an order picker and sit down forklift in this position. What you will do:Accurately pull, package, and prepare customer orders for error-free shipment and delivery.Efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming bulk material and pipe inventory, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy.Coordinate with both indoor warehouse and outdoor pipe yard teams to safely move and organize materials.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment, strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.What You Will Bring3–5 years of warehouse order picking experience.Demonstrates strong employment longevity with stable career transitions (no employment gaps exceeding 3 months).Preferred background in full-cycle warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory control.Proven experience operating an Order Picker / Cherry Picker at heights up to 30 feet. Must be completely comfortable working at these elevations.Forklift Operator experience is a strong plus (but not required).Strong product knowledge, or a proven ability to quickly learn and memorize a vast catalog of industrial/pipe materials.PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
