Property Overview Westin Tampa Bay is a AAA Four Diamond hotel with a beautiful location on the water, magnificent bay views and ample amenities. It is located just three miles from Tampa International Airport and offers easy access to popular attractions and the Westshore business district. Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests and serves the key night‑time hours (typically 11pm to 7am) where service is of utmost importance. Your Role Help guests discover their “wanderlust” experience. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest. Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note special requests and ensure they are fulfilled, and establish accurate information. Resolve problems and “wow” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right. Promote and sell hotel programs. Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally, assisting other departments with necessary information. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. Maintain house bank, generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports. Follow night‑audit procedures with great attention to detail. Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty. Follow posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits and refunds procedures. Assist other departments as needed. Qualifications Must be able to work overnight hours. High attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong desire to make an impact on others. Outgoing and engaging personality. Computer skills and proficiency with standard office software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
