About the Role:

Montana Children's Dentistry is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Lolo, MT. Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims and billing

Collect and post patient payments and manage daily financial transactions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories

Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy front desk environment

Proficient in basic computer skills including scheduling and data entry

Positive, patient, and compassionate attitude toward pediatric patients
