You will push yourself to try newthings both personally and professionally, and share lessons learned with your peers Description Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Prefer someone with CDL class A Underground Telecommunications General Laborer Location: Wisconsin Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for hardworking Underground General Laborers to support our telecommunications construction crews. This role involves assisting with the installation of fiber and copper infrastructure, including trenching, conduit work, and preparing underground pathways. Responsibilities Assist with excavating, trenching, and backfilling Install conduit, handholes, pedestals, and pull rope Help with pulling fiber/copper cables through conduit systems Operate basic construction tools and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Support drill, splice, and cable crews as needed Requirements Construction or telecom experience preferred (will train) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Comfortable working around heavy equipment and in confined spaces Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Willing to pick up extra hours for outages as needed.
