Position Summary Sam’s Club is seeking Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow roles. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’ supervisory experience OR 1 year’s SAM'S Club experience OR 3 years’ military experience. Preferred Qualifications: Environmental compliance or related field experience. Retail profit and loss statement management experience. Supervisory experience. Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance. Compensation Annual salary range: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, Regional Pay Zone adjustments. Benefits Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
