ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in factory automation and industrial sales before deciding to pursue the opportunity to own my own business. I'm an Ohio State graduate, and insurance truly runs in the family - my wife is an independent insurance agent, and our son works alongside her. We believe in creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported. Our agency has a fun, family-oriented atmosphere, and I believe in giving my team the freedom to succeed without micromanaging. Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
