Engage with prospective members and conduct facility tours to showcase our offerings. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members. Maintain a high level of customer service and member satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team. Organize promotional events and initiatives to drive membership growth. Collaborate with the management team to enhance overall gym operations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive. Requirements: Personal Trainer Certification (active 3+ years) Nutrition, Weight Loss, Muscle Build, General Health Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Basic knowledge of fitness programs and services. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
