Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% employer-paid dental and vision + competitive medical plans) Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with 3% company match Company-sponsored Cash Balance Retirement Plan Continuing education and professional development support 100% employer-paid EOS Gym membership Company-provided logo wear and milestone recognition Employee-led Culture Committee with quarterly events and team-building activities Supportive team environment with real opportunities for growth Relocation assistance available Retention bonus program Role Overview Evaluate and treat fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, and activities of daily living Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes Engage parents and caregivers by providing education and strategies for home support Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech‑language and physical therapists Complete timely and accurate documentation of services Provide mentorship and supervision to students or assistants when applicable Requirements Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active occupational therapist license through the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or ability to obtain clearance Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities Passion for professional growth and continuing education Positive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred Experience with AAC is a plus Bilingualism is a plus Working Conditions This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. The role may involve working closely with clients who have developmental, behavioral, or physical diagnoses and who may occasionally exhibit challenging behaviors.
