Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with patient evaluations, plan of care development, and skilled therapeutic interventions in a geriatric population preferred. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days.
