About the Position

Join Oswego Health as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Fulton PrimeCare for an 8-week assignment. This role focuses primarily on phone triage , helping patients navigate their healthcare needs efficiently. Occasionally, you may assist with rooming patients or administering injections. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs with strong clinical knowledge and phone triage experience who want a structured, short-term assignment in a supportive healthcare environment.

Resposibilities :

• Conduct patient phone triage with professionalism and clinical expertise
• Provide guidance and education to patients over the phone
• Assist with rooming patients and giving injections when needed
• Document patient interactions accurately in Meditech
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Current RN license in New York
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Experience in phone triage preferred
• Knowledge of Meditech charting system
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient care skills
