BCG Attorney Search
Job Overview A law firm seeks a Funds Associate for its Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and securities background with specific experience advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle. Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred. Duties Advise investment funds and investors at all lifecycle stages. Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively. Handle multiple projects under pressure. Requirements Three to five years of relevant experience preferred. Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar license in the relevant state. Skills Superior judgment and decision‑making abilities. Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset. Commitment to community involvement.
