You’ll train at our original Valparaiso location and be part of the opening crew that sets the tone in La Porte. Heads-up: Ideally, you're local to La Porte and cool with the Valpo commute during training. What You’ll Actually Do Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to spec Maintain clean, organized bar setup Manage bar guests with energy and hospitality Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly Keep accurate tabs and handle payments smoothly Restock and prep bar for service Maintain spirits, beer, and wine knowledge Complete assigned side work at end of shift What Makes This Job Different We do team hustle.
