Inside Sales Account Manager

This is a newly created role and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong and steady pipeline of prospective customers. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission Responsibilities Will act as the main point of contact for customers. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks Execution of sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives, provide timely feedback on how to improve. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Overall responsibility for Customer Service, Inside Sales reps Utilization of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Experience Four years of work experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Account Management Previous leadership experience in sales, customer service, or administrative role Demonstrated ability to generate leads and nurture to conversion. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent writing and listening skills.
