Job Summary:

This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using state DMV guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using state DMV guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, banks and credit unions.
• Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, email, fax or telephone in a professional manner.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to tiles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
• Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
• Assures all phone calls and inquiries have been answered by the close of the day.
• Assist other departments as needed or assigned.

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years' experience in titles, automotive industry, or related.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Office or GSuite
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving tactics
• Detail orientation and time management
• Titles/automotive experience preferred
• Technical aptitude
• Proven multitasking abilities
