Sales Manager

We are Aaron’s, an industry leader in the sales and lease-to-own retail sector. This is a Sales Manager position focused on customer service, sales growth, and operational support. The salary range is $12.50 to $13.50 per hour, with additional incentive pay based on performance. Responsibilities Generate leads and close agreements. Process renewal payments. Handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors. Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships. Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies. Assist the General Manager with operational functions. Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable. Qualifications Age 21 (18 in Canada). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of college or prior management experience preferred. Valid state driver's license and DOT certification (U.S.) required. Flexible schedule with availability from 8 am to 9 pm. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Aptitude for marketing. Desire to make a difference for customers.
