This is a direct-hire role.What We Offer:Pay of $32.00 per hourFirst shift4-day workweek401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disabilityLong-term disabilityPaid time offOpportunity for advancement$1500 Sign-On BonusWhat We're Looking For:5–10+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentTIG welding experience preferredWelder certification or applicable work experienceExpertise in TIG welding processesIn-depth knowledge of ASME standards, welding symbols, and fabrication methodsAbility to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematicsStrong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skillsAWS or ASME welding certification highly desirableExperience welding exotic alloys or performing high-precision welds preferredFamiliarity with CNC machinery or fabrication equipment preferredKnowledge of quality assurance practices in highly regulated environments preferredAbility to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in varying temperatures and confined spacesWhat You'll Do as a TIG Welder:Perform TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloysInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to ensure precise fabricationOperate and maintain welding equipment while adhering to safety standardsInspect completed welds for quality and compliance with ASME codes, applicable standards, and safety requirementsCollaborate with engineers and fabricators to meet project requirements and resolve technical challengesPerform repairs and modifications to existing metal components as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaConsistently follow established safety protocols and regulations
