Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor talented teams in Tax, Collections/Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Provide strategic direction and operational oversight aligned with company financial goals and growth. Manage multi-state tax compliance and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors. Drive improvements in cash collection, billing accuracy, and vendor payment processes. Implement scalable financial operations and process enhancements to support rapid growth. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 10+ years of progressive experience. Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls. Proven leadership in managing finance teams across multiple functions. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials. Experience in service industries or high-growth, PE-backed companies. Background in M&A integration and financial systems onboarding. Work Environment and Physical Requirements On-site role requiring prolonged periods of desk work and computer use. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
