Employment Litigation Associate

Overview Fisher Phillips is an international management-side labor and employment law firm. The role involves growing a practice under the mentorship of partners. Candidates with some employment litigation experience are ideal; however, those with a few years of general civil litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. Typical day-to-day work includes handling litigation matters from start to finish, responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. The associate will work with clients on various day-to-day matters, providing education and guidance through business challenges.
