Account Executive, Respiratory Health (Washington D.C Territory),

Account Executive, Respiratory Health – Greater Washington D.C. area Your role at Baxter involves selling Respiratory Health products, including High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation and Oscillating Lung Expansion, to hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities. Key responsibilities include: Meet or exceed sales quotas. Manage a territory consisting of 100-125 verified targets. Prospect for new business 15-20% of time. Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy. Communicate Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts. Complete company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines. Understand and comply with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures. Complete other duties as assigned. Travel: Up to 75% within territory. Home Base: Greater Washington D.C. area. Qualifications: B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment. Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred. Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting. Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution). Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Valid driver's license required. Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is $80,000 – $85,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding goals.
