Guardian Group Solutions LLC is a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida. We specialize in providing professional uniformed security officers to executive residences, private schools, faith-based organizations, and commercial sites throughout South Florida.

Our Uniformed Division is composed of experienced military veterans, former law enforcement officers, and specialized private security professionals. We are committed to delivering exceptional security services with integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly reliable and physically active Armed Security Officer to join our team in Pompano Beach FL. This position is fit for only a former military service member/law enforcement looking to contribute to the safety and protection of a private business with high value assets.

This is a permanent position where the hired employee would potentially work a FT 12 hour shift.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Military/Law Enforcement service preferred
Valid Florida Class D and G Security License
CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Must be physically capable of standing, patrolling
Excellent verbal communication and de-escalation skills
Must pass background check and drug screening
Neatly groomed appearance
Must be able to successfully pass a firearms proficiency test

Compensation & Benefits

$34.00 per hour
