Compensation Hourly Wage: $15.00 - $16.50 Commission Potential: Exempt: $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold; $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly. Non‑Exempt: $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold; $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Paid bi‑weekly. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age 16 years (subject to local or state restrictions). Availability to work various shifts. Excellent customer service skills. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Essential Job Functions Lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift. Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers; work in an environment with flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
