Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist The Opportunity: Organizations are constantly evolving to meet new missions, adopt emerging technologies, and improve the way they deliver value. Successfully navigating change requires more than implementing new processes- it requires e nga ing stakeholders, driving adoption, and ensuring people are prepared to emb race new ways of working. As an Organization and Change specialist, you'll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management strategies that support organizational transformation. You'll help assess organizational readiness, identify stakeholder impacts, create communications and training plans, and measure adoption to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives. What You'll Work On Develop and implement organization change management strategies aligned with client objectives. Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments. Build and execute communication plans to increase awareness, understanding, and e nga gement throughout the change lifecycle. Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership e nga gements. Develop change management deliverables including communication plans, stakeholder e nga gement plans, training materials, and adoption met rics. Partner with project managers, technical teams, and client leadership to integrate change management into overall project execution. Track and report change adoption met rics, organizational readiness, and overall program effectiveness using dashboards and reporting tools. Identify organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies to improve adoption and sustainment. Support business process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives. Join us. You Have: Experience supporting organizational change management, transformation, or business process improvement initiatives Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and training sessions Experience conducting stakeholder e nga gement and executive communications Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams Knowledge of change management met hodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR Ability to tailor messaging to broad audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience supporting federal government programs Experience with Agile project management met hodologies Experience develop ing Power BI or Tableau dashboards to measure adoption and program performance Experience with SharePoint, Jira, or Confluence Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills Prosci Change Practitioner, PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification s Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
