Job Family:Strategy & Transformation ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:We are looking for a Strategy and Change Consultant that serves as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating communication, gathering business requirements, and supporting organizational change initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating change management activities, assessing organizational impacts, developing communication strategies, creating stakeholder engagement plans, and helping organizations navigate transitions effectively.The Strategy and Change Consultant also involves conducting research, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools to develop communications, track project milestones, monitor stakeholder feedback, and support decision-making.
