Practice Administrator

The Practice Administrator will serve as a key operational leader responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of our multi‑site ophthalmology practice. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for all three offices and requiring close collaboration with physician leadership, managers, clinical staff, billing, front desk teams, and optical staff. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading in a busy medical environment, improving workflows, managing staff, monitoring financial performance, and helping the practice operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Multi‑Site Operations Provide consistent leadership and oversight across the Warren, Piscataway, and Edison locations. Workflow and Staffing Evaluate and improve scheduling, patient flow, staffing models, and day‑to‑day office efficiency. Financial and Revenue Cycle Management Manage practice financial performance, monitor P&L results, support budgeting, oversee billing and collections performance, and help optimize revenue cycle processes for both medical and optical services. Human Resources and Team Leadership Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, and employee accountability across multiple departments. Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, NJ regulatory requirements, and practice policies. Monitor MIPS and other quality/reporting programs for accuracy and timely completion. Optical Coordination Work with optical managers and staff to support retail optical performance, coordination with the medical practice, and patient service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
