Crunch Fitness in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking an experienced General Manager who can build a dynamic culture for our employees and an energizing environment for our members. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned manager with a spirit to drive strategic, operational, and financial performance at our newest location while having fun! Fitness experience is not necessary as we will welcome a management background in retail, hospitality or the restaurant industry. The successful candidate will be a positive-minded, motivated and results-driven professional with the ability to influence a diverse group of people. He/she will be an excellent communicator and will have the exciting opportunity to grow their career with us while shaping our vision for the future.
